Lost or Misplaced Orders
Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. Contact USPS to initiate a missing mail search request.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out after order date. Shipping times do not include weekends. This time frame does not include actual delivery time through the carrier.
